Our team consists of two full-time employees, Anna and Sasha, and usually around 3-4 volunteers that support and learn during their 6 months internships.

Become A Volunteer!
Our team is regularly on the lookout for passionate conservationists who would like to complete an internship on one of the world`s most famous conservation hot spots. We are generally looking for nature lovers that have some field experience, a diving certificate, are able to live in isolated places, are able to adapt to difficult situations, to live with a restricted number of people, have a high level of fitness, are willing to learn and bring new ideas and spirit to the team.
